A trio of Northeastern Conference Small alums earned All-Nescac honors on the gridiron this fall.
Beverly grad Pat Bailey was named to the all-league second team as a running back for Tufts and also earned a spot as a return specialist.
Also for the Jumbos, Danvers’ Alex Perry earned a second team nod at defensive back.

The Cape Ann League Small battle between Hamilton-Wenham and host Lynnfield has been changed to Sunday. The contest will take place at the Lynnfield Middle School field beginning at 11 a.m.
Beverly/Swampscott football also moved to Sunday

Projected heavy rainfall has also caused the Beverly at Swampscott Northeastern Conference Small football game to be moved from Saturday to Sunday.
The game will be held at Blocksidge Field in Swampscott Sunday at 1 p.m. (note: that’s an hour later than Saturday’s game would have been).
